About Us

TheraMotion is a community-based pediatric outpatient therapy center that specializes in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Speech-Language Pathology.  With over 30 years of combined experience, we hope to help a child reach their full potential by allowing them to utilize their strengths while treating the whole child.

What makes TheraMotion’s approach different? It’s our ability to treat the whole child. We believe that in order to make a child successful, it’s imperative that therapists collaborate on treatment.  With a variety of services that are offered, we can make sure all therapy needs are met.

We service individuals who have differing disabilities which impacts their daily activities and relationships.  Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job so our clients can become independent community members and find work in a profession that utilizes their strengths and passions.

Jessica “Bri” Webb, M.A, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), who has worked in the field of behavioral analytics in the Springfield area since 2011. Bri was born and raised on a cattle farm just 19 miles east of Springfield in Rogersville, MO. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology while also earning minors in Architecture and Global Perspectives at Drury University. Bri then fell in love with the children she provided ABA therapy to as a FirstSteps therapist in 2011. This is when she decided to pursue her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism through Ball State University, to then later earn her BCBA certification. After receiving her BCBA in 2015, Bri was then able to combine her skills and experience into her practice of behavioral analysis. She has gained an extensive range of skills from DTT to addressing a wide variety of problem behaviors in various settings including in-home, in clinic, and individualized supportive living homes. Bri is always eager to learn new skills and to expand her repertoire of supporting her students/individuals. When asked about her favorite aspect of working in the ABA field, she would answer “Supporting her students move towards reach milestones and increasing their independence.” Bri is happily married to her high school sweetheart and a mother to three boys. In her free time she enjoys yoga, country music concerts, time with family and friends, and the outdoors.
