TheraMotion is a community-based pediatric outpatient therapy center that specializes in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Counseling Services, Music Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Play Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. With over 30 years of combined experience, we hope to help a child reach their full potential by allowing them to utilize their strengths while treating the whole child.
What makes TheraMotion’s approach different? It’s our ability to treat the whole child. We believe that in order to make a child successful, it’s imperative that therapists collaborate on treatment. With a variety of services that are offered, we can make sure all therapy needs are met.
We service individuals who have differing disabilities which impacts their daily activities and relationships. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job so our clients can become independent community members and find work in a profession that utilizes their strengths and passions.
Jessica “Bri” Webb, M.A, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), who has worked in the field of behavioral analytics in the Springfield area since 2011. Bri has gained her 8 years experience as a FirstSteps therapist, ABA Implementor, Support Coordinator, Clinical Manager, and BCBA. Bri was born and raised on a cattle farm just 19 miles east of Springfield in Rogersville, MO. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology while also earning minors in Architecture and Global Perspectives at Drury University. Bri then fell in love with the children she provided ABA therapy to as a FirstSteps therapist in 2011. This is when she decided to pursue her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism through Ball State University, to then later earn her BCBA certification. After receiving her BCBA in 2015, Bri was then able to combine her skills and experience into her practice of behavioral analysis. She has gained an extensive range of skills from DTT to addressing a wide variety of problem behaviors in various settings including in-home, in clinic, and individualized supportive living homes. Bri is always eager to learn new skills and to expand her repertoire of supporting her students/individuals. When asked about her favorite aspect of working in the ABA field, she would answer “Supporting her students move towards reach milestones and increasing their independence.” Bri is happily married to her high school sweetheart and a mother to three boys. In her free time she enjoys yoga, country music concerts, time with family and friends, and the outdoors.
Kayley Sanger, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), who has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2013. Kayley grew up near the Jersey shore moving to a small town in Ohio for college. After earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Kayley worked as a corrections officer in a juvenile prison. Noticing the need for behavior and system change within corrections and researching Master’s degrees, she found Applied Behavior Analysis. While working through graduate school, Kayley worked with a large ABA organization in Columbus, Ohio providing intensive ABA services in schools, clinics and home settings. After receiving her BCBA in 2015, Kayley assisted with the development of a short-term residential center for those with high levels of severe and dangerous behaviors. As a lifetime student, she then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati and is currently completing her doctoral internship in Psychology. Kayley moved to the Springfield area summer 2019 and now works with two well-known mental health centers/hospitals specializing in Child & Adolescent psychology, Autism and related disorders and bariatric weight loss therapeutic support. In her free time, she enjoys hot Pilates, rock concerts, time with her three cats, and random road trips to explore her new home state!
Rachel graduated from Missouri State University with an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and obtained a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology. A passion for the field was ignited in her youth while watching and learning from her mother who is also a Speech Pathologist. Her years of experience include working in the hospital, an elementary school, and in teletherapy. She currently resides in Nixa with her husband and their young son, Max.
Tracy Keaton, MS, LPC Is a Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing since 2005. Mrs. Keaton obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Drury University, as well as her Masters in Counseling from Missouri State University. Tracy is holistically focused on the individual, and uses an eclectic approach drawing from several theoretical paradigms, realizing the importance of a nurturing relationship as the foundation for change.
